RESERVATION: At the time of booking a deposit equal to 30% of the rent is required. The remaining 70%, plus the additional costs, must be paid upon arrival. The customer can choose different payment, paying the deposit directly at the offices of Agenzia Luna Rossa or by bank transfer.

PRIVACY: Pursuant to and for the purposes of law no. 196/2003 on the “Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data”, we inform you that the personal data provided to Agenzia Luna Rossa will be processed by the same in compliance with this law, only and exclusively for the purposes related to the return of the booking. Sending the deposit expresses the customer’s acceptance of the processing of personal data contained in the form for the purposes set out above.

CANCELLATION: If the customer is forced to cancel the reservation for serious proven reasons, by giving us written notice, the deposit paid will not be lost if the cancellation is made from the 14th days before arrival. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our apartments during the current season. In case of NO SHOW (no-show by the customer within midnight of the day following the arrival date without giving information) the customer will lose the deposit and will be required to pay the balance of the rent for the entire reservation. In the event that government restrictions on mobility between states or regions are in force during the period of stay, such as the closure of borders or the obligation to quarantine upon return of the holiday, or the destination or area of ​​residence is declared a “red zone” or a of the components test positive for the Covid-19 test (certified by the responsible body), you can choose whether to leave the deposit for a subsequent booking or request a refund. If the customer decides to return the apartment earlier than the day of the end of the lease agreed in the confirmation letter, the Luna Rossa Agency will not return the rent and expenses already paid.

ARRIVAL: The arrival must take place on the established day, the guarantee of the delivery of the keys is between 16.00 and 19.30 in the afternoon. In case of delay, please notify the Agency promptly. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all the people who will occupy the apartment must be shown for registration. The balance can be paid by bank transfer before arrival, or upon arrival at the agency by credit card, debit card or cash (cash up to a maximum amount of € 1.999.99). Checks are not accepted.

EQUIPMENT: All our apartments are delivered furnished and equipped with gas stove or cooker, hot and cold running water, 220 Volt electricity, are equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, washing machine and microwave (products for home hygiene and of the person not included). A blanket and pillow is available for each bed. On request it is possible to rent sheets, pillowcases and towels on the spot. If equipment is missing, please contact our offices immediately or at the latest the following day for restoration.

TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax has been established since 2013, the amount of which is required upon payment of the balance upon arrival before handing over the keys. The taxes are equal to Euro 1,30 per person per day over 12 years.

DEPARTURE: The apartment must be vacated no later than 10:00 in the morning. Departure must take place during office hours to allow our staff to check the state of conservation and cleanliness. The Luna Rossa Agency, on request, can authorize departure at night or in any case outside office hours.

PARKING: In the interest of the Guests, access to the parking area of ​​the structure is exclusively reserved for reserved guests and a tag with the appropriate marking indicating the apartment number and parking number will also be affixed to the car windshield. The car park is unattended. Only one vehicle is allowed for each housing unit. Should the vehicle be parked outside the areas specifically identified, the Management is authorized to remove the vehicle with charge of the relative cost.

CLEANING: Final cleaning is included in the price. However, the tenant is responsible for rearranging the kitchenette. Garbage cannot be left in the corridor or in the common areas. The guest is required to throw them in the special bins located in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

CHECKS: The staff in charge of the Agency is authorized to enter the apartments for any checks or repairs.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Respect the environment using the air conditioner sparingly and keeping windows and doors closed.

In order to prevent the power failure, the appliances must be used alternately, avoiding, for example, the washing machine and air conditioning from running at the same time.

Damage caused, their family members or guests to the facilities remains the responsibility of the tenants. The Management declines all responsibility for damage to persons and / or things caused by improper or unauthorized use. Parents or officials assume responsibility for minors in their care for the entire duration of the stay.

All guests are required to respect the regulation of each building and observing the common rules relating to quiet, especially in the afternoon and night.

The customer declares to have taken full knowledge of all the aforementioned contract conditions and to accept them in full.
